My client, a fast paced trading company now requires a customer service focussed individual who will do anything possible to please the customer, knows how to speak to B2B customers, is a quick data processor, without being too mechanical and has a sense of ownership.The working culture is fast paced and results driven in a highly professional environment.
This role will involve a great deal of contact with valuable clients and responsibility in problem resolution, coordinating supply and query resolution. It will suit a professionally minded, upbeat and positive individual who, in addition to being able to work well in a team is able to make decisions and take on individual responsibility with confidence.
