Benefit
A new café store will be opening in the City of London, is seeking an energetic, driven and highly-motivated store manager to manage the store.

You will be responsible daily operations and management, cashing up and reporting, inventory and optimising profits. This role will suit someone who speaks fluent Mandarin / Cantonese and has previous experience in a food chain store.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation
• Identify business opportunities and risk, maximize brand awareness and foster market development
• Ensuring Health & Safety, Food safety and also hygiene procedures & standards are followed by our standard operation procedure
• Develop and motivate retail team to deliver brand objectives and operational excellence, maximize sales and profit to create a great shopping experience for all customers consistently
• Standardise the operation procedure of each store
• Conduct Store Audit and Compliance review and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with different internal parties including logistic, supply chain, marketing and visual merchandising departments on store operations support
• Drive performance of the store to achieve targets including not limited to sales, food cost, customer satisfactions & feedback, staff productivity and service standard of the store
• Collaborate with management team to plan, develop and implement marketing and advertisement plans and activities to boost up the sales performance as well as strengthen brand building by penetrating the business in the market
• Establish a wide variety of training activities, motivate the operations team
• Support the company’s hiring processes and partner with Human Resources Department to develop strategies that address talent gaps

Ideal candidate:

• Fluent spoken in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in F&B sector, desire in chain store
• Prefer to have College Degree but not essential
• Detail understanding of Retail business comprehension
• Excellent delegation, leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently
• Conflict management & resolution skills
• Commit to learn and share new ideas and best practices
• Hands on PC/ POS system knowledge
