An international, eco-friendly, organic cosmetics company currently undergoing expansion in the UK market is looking for a sales executive to join one of their West End stores with a background in luxury retail – ideally in cosmetics, skin care or fragrances.

Job duties

Assists customers with finding products that meet their needs
Engaging with customers to identify product sales opportunities and maximising those opportunities
Suggesting products by explaining how products work and demonstrating how to use them in-store
Operating the cash register, handling cash and taking card payments
Meeting all sales targets
Building customer relations and attracting new customers to the store through a professional and high quality customer service
Maintaining stock inventory lists, stocking shelves and liaising with management to order new stock and products
Establish extensive knowledge of the product range

Ideal candidate

Previous experience in luxury beauty retail experience (skincare, cosmetics, fragrances)
Sale experience or sales training completed in the beauty and skin care market
Experience of product ranges in skin care and cosmetics
An interest in the organic/vegan beauty industry
Knowledge of customer facing sales techniques
Working knowledge of sales, customer service and proper demonstration techniques
