HR & Administration Co-ordinator

Long standing fashion brand seeks a HR and Administration Coordinator to join their small but busy West London office.

The role would suit someone looking to develop their career in the HR field but also able to handle additional administrative duties.
Duties and responsibilities

Administration / HR Duties

• Coordinating the team with the manager
• Training and developing staff
• Handling HR issues
• Working to improve employee relations
• Preparing and reviewing documents related to employment and services
• Liaising with the payroll provider
• Liaising with the pension provider
• Liaising with the HR consultant / lawyer
• Liaising with the IT supplier
• Planning internal policies and regulations
• Implementing the company induction process
• Implementing the staff handbook
• Track holiday and sick records
• Recruitment process

Accounting

• Updating payment list
• Payment preparation
• Purchase & sales invoice data entry
• Expenses report and analysis
• Assist monthly/annual closing process
• Preparing various report including Intrastat
• Petty cash and staff reimbursement


Skills and knowledge

• 2+ years of experience in an Administration / HR position
• Knowledge of HR and employment law in the UK an advantage
• Administration skills
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail
• The ability to work well with others in a small dynamic team
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English
