Senior Cloud Consultant – Start-Up Enterprise

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing international tech start-up looking to set up their first UK operation in 2019.

They are a cloud led organisation helping businesses by leveraging cloud, analytics, automation and BPM.

As this is their first venture into the UK market they are seeking commercially minded, entrepreneurial sales professionals with a history of success, ideally in cloud-based services. Those with exposure to Google AWS or Facebook platforms are of particular interest.

The Role

• This is an entrepreneurial technology leadership position that challenges the client status quo by helping them re-imagine the art of what is possible using consulting mind-set and business strategy skills

• You shall create opportunities to drive impact; anticipate client needs and deliver superior results by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high performances

• Build deep relationships across a diverse network and uses a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact

• Translate broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals; aligns the team and sets priorities to achieve objectives

• Apply deep knowledge of cloud trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement

• Establish a strong leadership brand and inspire followership through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others

The Ideal Candidate

• Entrepreneurial, technical sales professional with 5+ years within the UK market

• Strong interest in the Tech industry

• Strong sales experience with demonstrable results (ideally in cloud based services)

• Prior exposure to Google AWS or Facebook services would be highly beneficial

• Live and breathes sales type – farming, hunting, and laying pipelines

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or similar tech subject

• Solid experience of business development, consulting sales experience on large-scale, services and cloud implementation

• Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline; create a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams
