<Duties and Responsibilities>
- As a Front Office Team staff:
- Origination
- Liaising with sales/sales assistants, CA (Tokyo, HK, NY, etc.), RMs, analysts, etc.
- Investigating and analysing investors/shareholders, corporates, markets, regulations, competitors, etc.
- Advising on IR timings, target cities, target investors with tiers/priorities, IR schedules with logistics aspects
- Pitching to corporates with local IR functions based in Europe
- IR trip arrangements
- Liaising with sales/sales assistants, CA (Tokyo, HK, NY, etc.), RMs, analysts, etc.
- Managing and controlling IR meeting arrangements
- Offering IR meetings to investors to be contacted directly by CA
- Logistics arrangements in collaboration with logistics team
- Taking care of and accompanying corporates during their IR trips
- Collecting investor feedbacks
As a LOGISTICS Team staff,
- Liaising with sales/sales assistants, CA (Tokyo, HK, NY, etc.), RMs, analysts, etc.
- Liaising with hotels, chauffeurs, restaurants, interpreters, catering companies, travel agencies, airlines, railway companies, printing companies, etc.
- Logistics arrangements in collaboration with front team:
-Hotel and restaurant reservations
-Chauffeur and other transportation arrangements
-Interpreter arrangements
- Preparing budget plans
- Taking care of corporates/investors visiting Daiwa office
- Liaising with other DCME departments (facilities, IT, catering, and MD office) to assure smooth operation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Native Japanese and fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills
- Candidate must hold a UK work permit
