A Japanese trading company, based in the Czech Republic and dealing in automotive and electronic components, is looking to recruit a Assistant Sales Manager
The ideal candidate should have business level proficiency in English. Being able to speak Japanese/Czech too would be greatly beneficial.

Sales Assistant Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Present and promote products to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Sales Assistant Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Previous sales experiences desired
• Driving licence
• High communication skill in English (Japanese language ability is highly beneficial)
• Additional language (such as Polish, German, Hungarian etc) would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
