A fast growing, highly specialised company that develops and markets medical imaging software are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their small, growing team.

The company specialises in the following areas:

• Cardiovascular Diagnostic Assistance
• Small animal cardiac MRI analysis

To which will be added the following software products in early 2021:

• MRI image analysis of 4D MRI flow
• Cardiovascular image analysis CT
• Pathology plate analysis
The company, founded in June 2016, is ISO 13485 certified and actively operates in Europe, Asia and North America.


Job description

1) As part of a dynamic team of c20 you will participate in the development, conduct and follow-up of the company's strategy and business action plan in line with the overall strategy. You will also oversee structuring and conducting the activities of the sales team.

2) You will participate in the development and animation of the sales network and will be led to negotiate partnerships and distribution contracts. Subsequently, you may be charged with managing a particular geographical area.

3) As the company is ISO 13485 certified, you must understand and respect the company's quality policy by the implementation of post-market clinical follow-ups (satisfaction surveys, compliance with regulatory regulation by distributors).

4) Listening to the market, you will be the face of new proposals alongside the technical team (both research and development and industrialization) in response to the demands proposed by prospective customers.

5) Without being a specialist in medical imaging, the candidate must be able to perform a demonstration of the company's products and be able to answer the most frequent questions from prospective customers

6) The company will provide in-house training on its quality policy and product range.

7) The candidate already has a reliable and proven international network of clients in several reference hospitals in France and Europe (or beyond).


Ideal candidate

• 10+ years in software sales – ideally within the medical / healthcare sector
• Experience selling into hospitals and other medical clients
• Strong negotiation and new business development skills and experience
• Ability to develop, lead and follow up on strategy and business action plans
• Ability to form and animate a network (relationships with key decision-making players of clients)
• Excellent command of French or German and English at the same time general technique
• Mastery of a third foreign language (priority:, Spanish, Italian, Japanese)

TECHNICAL SKILLSS

• Medical imaging expertise
• Understanding and complying with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485: post-market clinical follow-up)
