Senior Business Development Manager – Fresh/Fine Food Wholesale

A leading seafood trading company, who supply many of the high-end seafood restaurants across London, are looking for a highly experienced and capable sales professional to head up their small sales team.
The role will be largely field bases with the occasional need to come to the Office in East London.

The role will focus on new business development within both the high-end and middle range restaurant scene within the M25 area.

This role will suit someone with a strong sales/business development background within the fresh food wholesale industry – ideally within high end / luxury careering services.


The Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience selling fresh produce into the top tier hospitality market is essential – any fresh food wholesale experience will be considered
• Previous experience in selling into major names such as Harrod’s, Fortum And Mason’s, Nobu, Zuma etc.
• Good people skills and attention to detail
• Motivational and dynamic personality able to bring energy into the sales team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Additional European languages a plus
