International ICT service provider seeks a motivated and professional HR Data Analyst with Ceridian experience to join their team. This is fixed term contract until end of 2021.
The role
• Analysing, evaluating data/reports, feeding back the findings to the HR Manager and the Ceridian Project Manager (CPM)
• Analysing and presenting data and reports to the HR Manager/CPM, identifying errors and advising on solutions
• HR and payroll data extraction from company’s systems and suppliers
• Assisting in implementation of the HR software (Ceridian).
• Reviewing employee and candidate data and inputting this into relevant HR & payroll databases (Staff Details, Ceridian, Excel s/s)
• Creating and delivering specialised presentations and training on Ceridian related topics across the business
• Providing advice and support to internal departments regarding Ceridian processes
• Deliver training of Management and employees if necessary
• Ability to work alone & in cooperation with the team
• Solving HR & payroll data related issues occurring during the implementation and ensuring all adhere to company policies and objectives
• Payroll test runs with the Ceridian team and data comparison to the historic KEU payroll reports
• Assisting in the live payroll run with the HR & Payroll Specialist
• Analyse benefits and pension contributions on the current system and preparation for data extraction and implementation into Ceridian.



Ideal candidate

• Previous HR & payroll experience essential (preferably Ceridian)
• Experience in analysing and evaluating HR & payroll issues
• Researching and reading data and reports
• Trustworthy, as handling a large amount of highly confidential and sensitive information
• Confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including Excel, PowerPoint and database management
• Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Good understanding of HR policies & legislation
• Reliable, flexible and co-operative
• Some overtime will be required at varying levels and sometimes at short notice, so flexibility is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
