You will be involved in the introduction of a new product in such a way that it can be mass-produced according to the preliminary calculations and meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in Project Planning, Manufacturing processes and Product knowledge. Fluency in English (at least business level) and Slovak will be required.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, Flexible working shifts (Core time 9:00am-2:00pm)
SALARY: Depending on experience 1 million HUF/ month + Cafeteria allowance + Travel Fee
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Suburb of Budapest (Hungary), some business trip to Slovakia will be required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management Introduction and transfer of new products to production in line with series production and customer requirements
• Technical liaison with the customer
• Definition of production processes and necessary tools
• Preparing product launch schedule and meeting deadlines
• Preparing work instructions for production
• Supervision of pilot production
• Introduction of changes during series production
• In the event of an accident hazard, the employee may stop production immediately and inform supervisor immediately
• In the event of an abnormal situation, the worker can decide to stop production on the basis of the escalation pyramid and immediately inform his colleague in the escalation chain, who must report the escalation.
• Compliance with the MIR-KIR rules
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Experienced each of the following: production engineer, process engineer, NPI Engineer, Quality Engineer
• Business level fluency in English and Slovak
• Electronics manufacturing field (such as PCB, SMT, ICT, Soldering, FCT,) from the engineering side would be advantageous
• Ideally Project management in the manufacturing field
