MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain hardware/software/service quotations from suppliers
- Create sales quotations for customers
- Deal registrations and price negotiations with suppliers
- Create purchase orders and process purchasing of products and services in a timely manner
- Inspect deliveries on purchased goods
- Shipping arrangement to various customers
- Create renewal quotations for warranties, software subscriptions, etc
- Keep track of goods deliveries from suppliers
- Receive goods and maintain efficient stockkeeping
- Build and maintain relationships to suppliers, manufacturers, and partners
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Assist in planning and arranging events
- Sales/customer related administration work including arranging sales meetings
- Resolve any queries that arises in a timely and professional manner
- Other misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Required Skills:
- Previous work experience in sales assistant role
- IT literate – proficient in the use of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent telephone and business manners
- Native level German and business proficiency level English
- Previous work experience in a company in IT sector is advantageous
