The Infrastructure Support Engineer needs to work at clients’ sites 5 days a week.

TYPE: Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: Mon – Friday 9:00-17:00
SALARY: €55,000 includes holiday allowance
START: TBD
LOCATION: Amsterdam (5 days a week onsite at client’s Amsterdam office)
Infrastructure Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support for the European side in the progress of the project
- Receipt of inquiries after implementation and escalation to customer’s HQ
- User notification and vendor coordination for system failures, etc. related to the requested systems
- Routine operations and escalation when security alerts persist to the requested systems
- Support for new services and follow-up to existing services
- Preparation of various documents and manuals, etc
- IP address allocation management and documentation
- Travel to clients’ office in Europe if required
Infrastructure Support Engineer Ideal Candidate:
- More than 3 years of supporting experience of general network(WAN/LAN), Cisco Device, Palo Alto, CATO(WAN, Internet, VPN)
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or security certification would be advantageous
- Excellent English speaking and writing skill
- Understanding of Japanese language is advantageous
