The role will cover a range of duties including customer support, sales, account management and providing support to the BDM and trying to secure new clients.
Due to the high-end nature of the product, the role will suit an individual who is familiar with high end food service or has a strong personal interest in gastronomy.
The role will be office based (near Canary Wharf) working 7:30am – 4:30pm
The Role
• Provide an impeccable customer service to restaurant managers and Kitchen managers amongst London’s top hotel and restaurant kitchens
• Dealing with customers who will expect a top-quality customer service
• Manage sometime demanding questions relating to orders (cancellations, out of stock, delays etc) with tact, confidence, and eloquence
• Making calls to clients to provide updates on orders, stock availability and also promote daily promotions or deals
Ideal candidate
• Foodie – strong interest in gastronomy and high-end food service would be a good fit
• Kitchen / restaurant background with strong customer support skills
• Some sales experience would be beneficial (telephone based)
• Energetic and able to work on the job and pick up new tasks quickly
