This role will support the team to develop a pipeline of projects, manage EPC and O&M contracts, and undertake a portfolio asset management role from a technical view.
Salary: Up to £110k per annum dependent on experience. Discretionary annual performance related bonus of circa £30-40k

Main Responsibilities:
- Select and manage EPC and O&M contractors for BOT projects across company investment targets and existing assets
- Support the investment team to Identify and research potential investment targets and sectors, expanding from Waste and Water to general infrastructure
- Leverage technical background to optimise technical performance of underlying company assets
- Take on board seat roles to ensure the well-being and technical prosperity of the companies whilst also meeting the interests of the various stakeholders/ shareholders
- Work as integral member of the team in the origination, development, structuring, negotiating and bidding for large scale water and waste infrastructure projects and/or M&A transactions within water and waste sectors by utilising technical background
- Support project financing and structure /negotiate EPC contracts and O&M Contracts
- Manage technical advisors and input into legal, commercial and technical documentation, as required, for optimised project structuring
Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree in engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ prior experience gained in either a leading industrial infrastructure player or financial institution with project finance or infrastructure investment background, ideally with a power, water or energy from waste background
- Solid and relevant experience in large scale infrastructure transactions with a proven track record, with relevant experience in negotiating and managing EPC and O&M contractors
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and negotiating skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written skill
