A Japanese company is currently looking for a Customer Service Admin Assistant in their Amstelveen office. Understanding of Japanese culture and some logistic experience will be advantageous.
A Japanese company is currently looking for a Customer Service Admin Assistant in their Amstelveen office. Understanding of Japanese culture and some logistic experience will be advantageous.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time (first 7 months will be contract, thereafter permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 8:45-17:15 Monday to Friday, (30min. lunch break, 40hrs a week)
SALARY: €3,000-3,300/month depending on experience + 8% holiday allowance + bonus
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amstelveen - The Netherlands (will move to Houten)
BENEFIT: Holidays 25 days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order Entry
• Product Processing Arrangements
• Inventory Control
• Shipping Arrangement to Customers and Sales Assistant duties such as Internal/External Communication
• Creating Sales Materials such as Quotations
• Technical Data Sheet Etc.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Order Delivery Arrangements required
• Experience of Customer Service
• Ability to speak English and Dutch/Italian/German/French/Japanese
