HR & General Affairs Administrator (Praha, Czech Republic)

A Japanese multinational trading company in Czech Republic is currently recruiting an HR and General Affairs Administrator for their small office.

Business level of fluency in both English and Czech is required. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese language ability would be advantageous.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS: 8:30-17:00 from Monday to Friday (flexible hours can be negotiated)

SALARY: 35,000CZK / month to start, plus good benefits

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Praha, Czech Republic

RESPONSIBILITIES

HUMAN RESOURCES
・Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
・Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
・Maintain professional and technical knowledge by meeting with lawyers, attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
・Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
・Induct new employees by providing orientation information pack; reviewing company policies; gathering data and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs
・Prepare and guide health and safety training to employee and maintain records
・Support Japanese Expatriate Visa, housing contract and living, medical support and tax return documents

GENERAL AFFAIRS
・Renew and contract insurance and lease property of the company
・Company car maintenance control
・Order office stationery, goods and refreshments for employees
・Support sales staff with travel arrangement and hotel reservation
・Translate Czech documents into English to support Japanese management
・Support IT maintenance, PC, mobile, server, security, software and communicate with the supplier
・Secretarial duties for Japanese management

REQUESTED SKILL
・Good communication skills
・Good organisational ability
・Fluent in English and Czech.  Japanese ability is advantageous
・Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
