They offer authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine for eat-in, takeaway, and deliveries.

LOCATION: North London
SALARY: £12/hour for Friday to Sunday, £11/hour for Monday to Thursday
(*)If you do not have relevant experience, salary would be £10/hour
WORKING TIME: 40 hours a week (shift work between 9:00/9:30 – 8:30/9:30pm including weekends)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Good knowledge of Japanese food products, and deliver these daily with the
kitchen team and work under a head Sushi Chef
Assisting Sashimi/ sushi, and other hot food creation
Create and have the skills for meat cutting and hot food cooking
Ensuring compliance with health and safety and food safety procedures; and maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout the preparation area
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Kitchen experience, preferably a Japanese/Asian kitchen
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Passion for working in the kitchen and delivering excellent food quality
Excellent communication with colleagues of all levels
Great customer service skills
An understanding of Food Safety standards
