This role will entail lots of client visits, and independently directing the sales/marketing activities in the European region under the direction of the Manager. You will also be working closely with other staff in Europe.
The ideal candidate should have high communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, preferably in the manufacturing or leasing sectors, and have the ability to work and communicate remotely with the manager and other team members in Europe.

LOCATION: Wales or South East England or South West England
(Currently, there is no physical office in the UK so the working style will be remote/visiting clients on business trips)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing clients
Visiting new and existing clients and maintaining good relationships
Identifying potential distributors/clients
Promoting and offering the product and product packages to clients
Developing marketing strategies
Communicating with Headquarters in The Netherlands
Communicating with staff in Europe
Attending training when required
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Hold a UK Driving licence
Relevant experience would be highly advantageous
Experience within construction or leasing industry would be highly advantageous
Business Development, Sales, or Account management experience
Knowledge and experience of essential UK networks would be advantageous
Strong ability to present the strengths/capabilities of the business
Negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Business level fluency in English is required
Understanding or interest in Japanese culture would be great
