A Japanese IT service provider is looking for a Japanese-speaking IT Service manager who are able to work at their customer site (West London)
[Job description]
- Leading global service management as a system management outsourcer
- Compile service provision status based on SLA contract and report to the customer
- Providing each services, managing team governance
- Incident Management and Problem Management
- PDCA management of provided services
- Liaising with Japanese head office and overseas branches

[Application requirements]
- Over 10 years of IT work experience
- Over 5 years of IT Service Management experience
- ITIL Foundation qualification holder (ITIL V3 or ITIL 4)
- IT Project management experience
- Understanding of GxP Regulations are preferred
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Business level of English and (Japanese language are preferable but not essential)

Work location: Customer site (West London)
