A global company is seeking a customer centre manager for their global call centre business. You will be in charge of multiple customer centre locations and maintain close relationships with corporate clients.
■ Job description
・ Maintain close communication with corporate customers
・Planning Strategy/progress report and create service plan for the clients
・Project and operation management, KPI management
・Leading operation managers and staffs in each centre
・Reporting progress and operation status to the clients and implement improvement ideas, make proposals for project expansion, negotiating contract etc.
・Other various project management

■ Ideal applicant
・5 years+ of management experience at a call center, customer support center etc
・Management and sales experience to CRM vendors and system vendors
・Account management, B2B, client management experience
・IT, media and digital industries experiences are huge plus
・VIP customer service, corporate/consumers service experience
・Business level English and Japanese is an essential
・Experience working within global company /multinational organisation
・Frequent business trips are required
・ Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Location: London
Salary: Up to 45k (depending on experience) + bonus (discretionary) + other benefits
Start: Sep 2020
