International company in the petroleum product sector seeks a Supply Chain/Logistics Planning Officer for their busy London office.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday (Hybrid working style applied)
SALARY: Basic up to £27K depending on experience & transportation fee all provided + plus good benefits

START: April 2022
LOCATION: London, City
VISA: Company won't be able to provide visa support, will be able to accept applicant only who is eligible working in the UK indefinitely.

<Purpose of the role>
In accordance with own group strategy, Support Manager and be key to succeed in work efficiency improvement. Under the manager’s direction, you bring the foundation of new work procedure/IT system to the company. You are also the key to secure the compliance to society and local authority through document control. Besides, you will be bridge between Head quarter and our company through prominent communication.

<Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications>
• Experience with MS Office and data edition
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Basic financial accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Understanding of Japanese business practices
• Proven accurate data entry work experience

<Preferred knowledge, skills, qualifications>
• SAP Global certification or a related certification

<Duties, Responsibilities>
Company strategy
• Generate sales report raw data, edit it except cost allocation, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Create materials for credit committee and review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Support creating SPOT price for new customer
• Record market price and check price revision premise

Quality assurance
• Liaise with HQ about logistic and quality problem report

Data and documentary control
• Setting up SAP data in accordance with managers direction and colleagues needs
• Oversee document storing status and fix it if necessary or direct co-workers in the proper way

SAP entry
• Expense SAP entry and support manager to submit repot to HQ
• Calculate commission and royalty and report them to HQ

• Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environment
• Other Misc. responsibilities maybe added from time to time
