TYPE: Temporary, Part-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 (3 days per week, days to be mutually agreed in advance)
SALARY: £13.50-14.00 per hour depending on experience
DURATION: ASAP to end September 2022
LOCATION: London City
RESPONSIBILITY:
ACCOUNTING
• Inputting data onto accounting system (training will be provided)
• Issuing of monthly accounting slips for Accounting, IT, Risk Management and General Affairs
• Issuing debit notes
• Confirming slips
• Filing of all slips and supporting evidence
• Supporting GM with Ad-hoc projects
• Supporting GM with archiving of accounting records
• General office duties
• To handle incoming postal mail from banks and to support documentation of cash receipt/payment slips
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
• Office maintenance (communicate with Office Management company in relation to any problems which may arise)
• Any other tasks which may be required from time to time
PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Administrative experience is a must
-A good communicator (verbal and written)
-Good numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
-Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Good time and task management
-Fluent English
-Experience of working in a Japanese business environment is highly advantageous
-Flexible can-do attitude
