This role is responsible for supporting daily operations of sales support activities, various reconciliations, revenue, and cost analysis and the billing for the Belgium lead business. Close work collaboration with their Belgium staff as well as with other Finance staff is required to ensure the billing is completed in a timely and effective manner. This is a highly visible role responsible for their VIP customers.
Business level in both English and Japanese is required.

SALARY: Up to £31.5K depending on experience + Travel expenses

LOCATION: Central London (Currently 3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of Connected Service-related duties
• Working as part of the Connected Finance Team throughout for the billing and administration operation, including management of revenue and cost analysis, and preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reports
Sales Administration and Support of ICT and Network Services for the Belgium Branch
• Supporting pre-Sales and post-Sales operations and preparation of related documents, including contacting customers and vendors, as well as submitting billing requests to their Billing Dept
• Management of Maintenance Support Contracts and Renewals
• Periodical Report to the line manager on work status (Frequency and format of such report will be agreed with line manager)
Office Administration for the Belgium Branch
• Assisting the Internal IT Team for management of company's Fixed Assets
• Management of the office supply stock
• Ad hoc requests from your line manager
KNOWLEDGE/FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
• Accounting experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese
• Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephone enquiries
• Strong time management/multi-tasking & organisational skills required
• Strong work ethic, reliable time keeping and attendance
• Accurate, organised, and an eye for detail
• Self-motivated and with a strong desire to perform all tasks to completion
• Solid administration background & an awareness to check for accuracy and completeness
• Need to be able to travel to Belgium when requested by the line manager
