A leading on-line strategic automotive portal and B2B Gateway that supports the development of business strategies and new global business opportunities for OEMs, suppliers, and other participants within the automotive industry seeks a Sales Manager to join their small but talented team in Frankfurt.

Providing strategic market data, proprietary and custom B2B e-marketing solutions, customized market research, and actionable business intelligence with 3,551 corporate members and over 250,000 users worldwide.

Following warm leads, you will be responsible for bringing on new business through subscriptions.
The Role
• Customer acquisition (in-person visit, web meeting, telephone, email, social networks, events, etc) Manage relationships with existing clients
• Strategic planning of sales and all sales-related activities for the Europe region
• Research sources for developing prospective clients
• Planning of marketing activities (incl. Exhibition) to achieve the agreed objectives
• Daily reporting, weekly conference call and monthly monitoring of sales concluded Skills and requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in B2B sales
• Automotive industry knowledge or strong interest in automotive industry
• Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
• Passionate, self-starter and multitask skills are essential
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor or university degree
• Must speak German and English (business fluent), any other language is a plus
