International Digital Entertainment Company seeks a talented Digital Product Manager. Within this role you will Develop comprehensive strategies and execute all aspects of the marketing plans for their digital gaming portfolio. You will focus on target market identification and analysis, budgeting, category, and competitive analysis, with a focus on new user acquisition and strong ROI.
• Improve integration of various programs with digital channels and events, such as social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and offline Organized Play initiatives and events
• Work closely with United States team to create and implement cross-promotional campaigns
• Co-ordinate with the European branch teams on market-specific activities, liaising between them and the Promotions team in Japan for feedback and approval
• Manage and measure all marketing activities through quantitative/qualitative research and analysis to provide input on how to improve processes
• Oversee the daily execution of marketing campaign responsibilities, including creating and managing assets, including third-party approvals
• Manage marketing creatives and product copy by working closely with in-house creative teams, development teams and external business partners
• Create presentation materials as needed for sales meetings, trade shows, and consumer events.
• Oversee the placement of online, print and TV advertising and the development of key assets including ad copy, scripts and editorial messaging
• Manage the daily execution of product promotions, ensuring campaigns and materials are created on schedule and within budget
• Obtain necessary approvals for all marketing-related activities to ensure compliance with licensors, first-parties, etc.
• Report campaign and creative performances of activities such as campaign performance, PR/Event execution, and creative performance

Ideal Candidate

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, such as Adjust, and techniques using SNS
• Experience with placing both online and offline advertising
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work with limited supervision
• Personal initiative and sound business judgment required to identify, evaluate and respond to job needs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, to write product copy. Must be comfortable speaking to all levels of management.
• Professional, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate ability to multi-task in a high-stress environment.
• Proven ability to work with various personality types and work styles in a multicultural environment.
