A highly successful technology start-up company is looking for a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join their busy sales team. This role would suit someone with solid SaaS B2B inside sales and IoT ecosystems experience.
About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in sourcing new sales opportunities and nurturing and maintaining account relationships.
Main Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Nurture accounts to maintain relationships and upsell products & services
• Route large opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Post-COVID, attend industry events together with Strategic Sales Executives
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements
• Proven 3+ years SaaS B2B inside sales experience
• Experience working remotely
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong video conference presence and experience engaging in dozens of meetings per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Spoken and written German
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Experience working in IoT ecosystem
