A global accounting firm is looking to recruit a Japanese-speaking Assistant Tax Advisor.
You will provide technical support to more senior members of staff, with the longer-term aim of developing into a tax professional. The role will be critical in ensuring a high quality, consistent service is provided to clients and the successful candidate will develop a deep knowledge and understanding of clients to ensure stability and continuity is maintained.

Your Key Responsibilities
• To contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of tax services to the client
• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
• Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
• Responsible for day-to-day client liaison
• Provide full tax services to a client portfolio

To qualify for the role you must have
• Native Japanese language skills essential
• ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law qualification desirable, support can be offered to candidates seeking to study towards a professional qualification
• Experience working within professional services
Experience of working in a client focused role
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of excel and word
• Degree qualified
