A renowned international food wholesaler based in Southwest London seeks a Sales Administrator to join their busy, multicultural team.

The company deals in East Asian food produce and serves the specialist Asian cash and carries, independent supermarkets and restaurants across London.
They are now seeking an administrator to manage sales invoices, order processing, and general customer service to their clients.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
SALARY: Up to £21K depending on experience
START: ASAP
HOURS: Mon - Fri 9:00-17:30 (Lunch break 30 minutes)
LOCATION: Southwest London

CORE DUTIES

• Raising invoices and purchase orders
• Processing orders from clients/customers by phone
• Providing customer support and following up on order fulfilment with clients

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous experience within a sales admin / office admin role with some exposure to raising invoices
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills as you will need to review and process orders on Excel
• Currently living in or able to easily commute to the Chessington area
• Business level of English
• Ideally able to speak Cantonese or Mandarin (not essential)
