RESPONSIBILITY:
Sommelier (80-90%)
• Wine and sake pairing and give an explanation
• Communication with customers
• Taking orders
Manager (10-20%)
• Answering emails
• booking management
• Stocktaking
• cash-up
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• at least 5 years experience as Sake Sommelier
• Good communication skill
• Business level of English
• Japanese or other Asian language skills are advantageous
