An online gaming company is currently recruiting a Content Marketing Specialist to join their highly creative and multicultural team.
Native level of English is required for this position.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS: 9:30-18:00 from Monday to Friday (4 days in the office)

SALARY: £30K+ good bonus scheme

• Supporting the Digital Content Manager and working with in-house designers in executing content strategy through delivering high-quality creatives & copies for the in-app campaign, social media, email marketing, blogs, and landing pages
• Analyse, report, and deliver actionable optimisation for the campaigns and communication channels
• Database growing & mining: segment and filter data & contacts to deliver the best-interested content
• Data-sensitive, deliver A/B Testing campaigns to keep optimising content towards audience interests
• Conducting on-site SEO and keyword research to improve online brand exposure
• Think-out-of-the-box: Generate new ideas & catch on to the most updated trends like IG Reels and create English brand creatives on social media / EDM Template that could be adapted globally
• Evolving a systematic workflow & SOP, to work closely with various internal stakeholders to plan and execute digital campaigns. Including Branding, Design, Sales, Product Operation, Legal & Customer Service Teams
• Working to strict deadlines and KPIs as set by the Head of Marketing

• 2-3 years content writing and marketing experience
• Native level of fluency in English
• Copywriting samples: a portfolio of published articles is a plus
• An ability to describe product features in a creative and informative way
• English and creative copywriting native
• Familiarity with social media for business (Meta, IG, YouTube. Twitter is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Email Marketing (e.g., Sendgrid / Klayvio / Emarsys)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Keyword Planner)
• Solid time-management skills
• Self-starter able to take initiative
• Able and willing to learn and adapt quickly in a start-up environment
• Games lover, interested in working in the mobile game industry
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with native oral and written command of English; Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese is a plus
• Responsible, good at teamwork, able to adapt to changes quickly, and motivated to continuously adjust and learn
