Core Duties
• As the General Manager, you will oversee high quality customer service and experience
• Management of the staff shift (50+ staff both FoH and BoH)
• Ensure to provide a high quality experience for every client throughout the customer journey
• Oversee all the areas are at the high standard expected of the iconic establishment
Ideal candidate
• Over 3 years General Manager/restaurant management experience is required.
• Enthusiastic charisma / character to lead the team towards an energetic working atmosphere
• Create and keep the high energy flow within the restaurant
• Positive and cheerful personality able to manage a busy workload
Conditions
• Early shift: 10am – 3pm / late shift 3pm – midnight (45h+/week)
• Salary: up to £45K + service charge + bonus
• Location: central London
