Product Controller Main Responsibilities:
▪ Handling shipping operations
▪ Trade administration
▪ Planning procurement schedules
▪ Inventory management, purchasing, and procurement operations
▪ Verifying invoice details
▪ Liaising and coordinating with forwarding companies and related venders
▪ Placing orders with suppliers, including the Japan head office
▪ Supporting sales through client communication
Product Controller Ideal Candidate:
▪ At least 2 years of experience in trade administration or shipping-related operations
▪ Knowledge incoterms and trade payment terms are desirable
▪ Experience in purchasing or procurement of B2C products is a plus
▪ Business-level English proficiency
▪ Proficiency in Asian languages, such as Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, or Japanese, are highly desirable
▪ Experience working in a Japanese company is desirable
▪ A diligent and proactive approach to work
▪ Proficiency in PC tools (Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet applications)
