Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Manager in the UK
Main duties and responsibilities:

Sales Plan Execution

• Proposes the sales strategy and sales plan budget for UK to the top management. Define the sales forecasts with detailed calculation by customer/range of products/price, in accordance with company sales policies and strategy.
• Defines and negotiates contracts and listings with national and regional central purchasing units, in accordance with the company's budget and sales policy, especially in terms of price and margin.
• Follow-up the contracts and the correct application of commercial conditions
• Defines and proposes commercial and promotional actions with the different markets/customers
• Follows and analyzes weekly the sales results and proposes any corrective action plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales plan and activities.
• Establishes and communicates the reporting on his/her activity, according to company format and rules
• Works closely with other departments of the company, especially sales administration, to ensure smooth sales and deliveries. Follows any claim and request from customers.

Sales Development
• Collects and analyzes all data relating to the market and customer needs in terms of type of products, product quality, optimization of company's services in UK, and forward this information to the Management and to the marketing department
• Propose improvement actions or new ideas to expand the sales in UK
• Develops new markets/customers in UK : identify new opportunities, define a prospecting strategy and plan, and actively follows prospects to enter new markets/customers.



Requirements :

Education :
Bachelor/Master degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience

Expérience :
Minimum 10 years experience in selling household products to large retail companies.
