WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00* from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (*Flexitime available)
SALARY: €35-50K depending on experience, plus good benefits i.e. Commuting allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Insurance Claims Service (insurance claim payment) of Marine Cargo Insurance
- Specifically, authorizing the approval request of insurance claim payment from Claim Agents, corresponding to inquiries from Claim Agents, supervising the claims service of Claim Agents, liaising with Japan Head Office
- Various tasks will be carried out in cooperation with their parent company
- Communication is mainly in English by email & phone. Japanese can also be used when communicating with Japan Head Office
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Fluent English language skill
- Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.
- Competency : Customer service orientation, acting in good faith and truthful, accurate, persistent & reliable, achievement orientated, professional expertise, intercultural orientation
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Work experience in nonlife insurance company will be advantageous
- Work experience in a logistics company and/or logistics department will be advantageous
