TYPE: Permanent, Full-time
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, EU working hours
SALARY: SALARY: €60-90k, depending on experience
DURATION: ASAP
LOCATION: Remote from an EU country (all applicants must have the right to work in the European Union)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing and developing quantum computing software
• Designing and developing quantum computation-related libraries
• Developing arithmetic processors of our quantum computing cloud service
• User-related problem solving and calculation support for users
• Expertise field(s) in 1 or 2: chemistry, optimization, AI/ML, physics, material science
• Business Trips to any European countries

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES/SKILLS:
• Experience working in international environments on client-oriented roles
• Deep knowledge or work experience in quantum information, quantum computing, chemistry, or physics
• Ability to code in C, C++, and or, Python
• Good communication and collaboration skills, working in interdisciplinary and mixed
teams with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English. Business level in Japanese

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge and interest in ab initio computation
• Experience in using and working with molecular design/computational science software
• Ability to design and implement quantum and/or classical algorithms

QUALIFICATIONS
• Academic degree: Master’s degree or PhD in STEM
• Work experience: Proven capacity to work in research papers in applied science topics,
research related work in multicultural environments.
• Languages: Fluent in English and more than business level in Japanse. Preferably in another European language.
