SBT Orchestration Business Analyst Main Responsibilities:
● Participate as a team member in the SBT orchestration project to drive the project forward
● Initially responsible for visualizing the current state (As-Is) of sales-related operations for the company and European NMSCs (National Marketing and Sales Companies)
● Collaborate with business user departments and IT departments to conduct interviews, capturing business and system processes and translating them into workflow diagrams and system maps
● Design and implement processes and rules to maintain the visualized business current state information
● Based on the As-Is information, work with business and IT members to define the future state sales business flow
● Create a master plan for the company's Sales Business Transformation
● Establish and manage a project forum where the company's executives and top management can consistently monitor the project's progress, return on investment, challenges, and risks
● Support managing the project by negotiating and coordinating with stakeholders, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth project execution as a PM support
SBT Orchestration Business Analyst Ideal Candidate:

● More than 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom/Engineering
● Business Fluency in English
● Experience as a business analyst or consultant experience ideally in Manufacturing
