A relatively new but well-respected & very successful business which has created the world’s first block-chain secured primary and secondary marketplace for early-stage investments, is seeking a UK Sales Representative to start their brand new London office.

SALARY: £60-80K + commission
LOCATION: City of London
TYPE: Permanent, full time
START: Feb 2018

Working alongside the European head offices & UK based Finance Director, you will be responsible for getting great companies onto the platform to raise capital, and building strong relationships with key market stakeholders.

• A financial background, specifically working with venture capitalists or investment banks on early-stage investment opportunities
• At least 4+ years commercial sales experience in the above type position
• A very strong & current contact network among start-up investors in the UK
• Working experience in a start-up business (not just with start-up businesses)

• Communicate with platform users — companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and others
• Travel, attend events, mingle with the UK start-up industry
• Generate great investment opportunities for people to use the platform
• Help develop outstanding case studies, white papers, and sales/marketing material
• Run meetings and calls with platform users
• Build and keep track of deal flow
• Close deals
• Collect customer feedback and pass to product development, legal, etc. and thus — help us make the platform even better

• A passion for start-ups, fintech & early-stage investment
• An understanding of how the investment process works
• Crazy ideas for driving awareness of and engagement of the product among key user groups
• Great interpersonal skills and a desire to work with people from around the world
