Contracts Administrator – International Trade

A small food trading business in North London is looking for an experienced international sales administrator join their team. The role will produce sales and purchase contracts, issue sample shipping instructions, and during times of low contract workflow – assist the logistics operations team.

The role will suit an enthusiastic and committed individual who is flexible and enjoys working as part of a small team, willing to take initiative, contribute to the company and progress.
Applicants should have around 2 years (at least 1 year of which should be in the UK) of contracts admin, or international sales admin experience.


LOCATION: Hendon (NW4), North London
SALARY: £23-25K, depending on experience
HOURS: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
TYPE: Permanent, full time


CORE DUTIES

• Issuing contracts, sending out to customers and suppliers
• Producing contract files (digital and hardcopy)
• Chasing contracts for signatures by customers and suppliers
• Receiving and reviewing contracts signed by customers & suppliers
• Returning contracts to customer and supplier after being countersigned by the company
• Chasing sample receipts and obtaining feedback for contracts which are subject to sample


IDEAL APPLICANT
• Around 2 years contracts admin or international sales experience (at least 1 year in the UK)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Very strong IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Totally fluent English (written and spoken) skills
• Ideally some knowledge of incoterms & shipping / logistics
