Main Responsibilities

Sales Order to Invoice Process Management

• Responsible for timely sales order process management through to invoicing, which meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction
• Main customers you will be responsible for include but not limited to: 1st party suppliers, Digital distributors, Inter-company
• Handle and resolve enquiries/issues

Inventory Management

• Create purchase requisitions on behalf of internal customers
• Purchase products directly from manufacturers based on requests
• Liaising with warehouses responsible for ensuring inventory data reconciles
• Regular review of cost of products
• Maintain master data in all systems is up to date
• Other
• Manage the production of contracts internally and inform clients of their status
• Co-ordinate client meetings
• Liaise with customers to ensure cash collection is timely
• To perform additional duties where required

Ideal candidate

• Previous experience in SOP / invoicing
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheets such as MS Excel are essential
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Internet
• SAP experience is essential
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to carefully review your own work and have good attention to detail
• Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive information
