Network Sales Co-ordinator

International ICT and telecoms provider based in the City of London seeks a motivated and driven sales coordinator to join one of their busy departments.

The main function of the role will be to provide assistance and support to the Director of the division, working on sales inquiries and quotations for ICT services.

There will be other sales administration work based on requests such as data input (e.g. Sales Force etc.) and managing documentation.

The position will be a mix of both back office sales administration as well as telesales and potential client research so a strong administrator with a commercial drive would be ideally suited.


Core Duties

• Acquire information that leads to direct contacts, and thereby support the setting up of meetings with prospective customers

• Maintain and monitor the status of new customer targets and escalate for action to LM if necessary

• Research company profiles that fit with the services that the company offers and match them to the perspective Clients and work with LM to create scopes of target lists and actionable items

• Create, develop and support marketing elements and strategy of the Pan Euro services using such structures as LinkedIn, Google, web etc.

• Carrier relations support

• Obtaining cost from the purchase group and partners

• Obtain SQ and KE Number

• Create Filemaker pages and liaise with Provisioning team to process order(s)

• Create SAF for new Circuits

• Managing and filing sales related documentation including contracts

• Providing reports regularly and upon request of LM

• Ad hoc requests from LM

Ideal candidate

• Strong communication skills in English
• Background in sales support and ability to effectively communicate with potential customers
• Strong ability to deal with urgent requests
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong time management/multi-tasking and organisational skills
• Reliable time keeping & attendance
