Marketing Head – Start-up Fintech Enterprise

An international start-up within the Fintech space looking to expand into the UK market seeks an experience marketing professional to set up and manage their UK marketing operation.

In this role you will be responsible for setting up the social media pages and promoting the company online; driving online and offline acquisition marketing programmes and producing effective online offers and promotions to get the brand known.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive online and offline acquisition marketing programs for the App basis annual targets for Merchant and Customers
Create brand building campaigns online / offline with partners
Track brand recall score / TOM recall
Leverage digital media email & SMS marketing
Drive app discovering via ASO for all app platforms
Make app discoverable on search
Follow app trends on App store and outside
Drive organic and inorganic app downloads
Create content strategy for app downloads across various content marketing site and social media sites
Drive revenue from each product and service in app
Create TMW website in line with the app
Evaluate and track and impact CSAT score to help build product and feedback for all stake holders
Drive market research to evaluate brand vis-à-vis competition
Drive Loyalty program for customers and merchants

Ideal candidate

5+ years of experience in social / digital media industry – ideally including some m-Commerce industry experience
MBA for equivalent qualification
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proven ability to recognise, analyse, and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programmes, joint value propositions and business cases around strategic partnerships
Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills
Business acumen and negotiation abilities
