FX Relationship Manager - Sales (English & Spanish speaking)

A small and fast growing Forex/CFD Broker based in London is looking for a relationship manager to join their sales team. The company is part of a large international listed group.

In this role your responsibilities will cover the full sales cycle – from conversion, lead generation and account management to retention – and also to the development of partnerships with introducing brokers and affiliates to grow the company’s client base. To be considered for this role you must be a proactive, self-starter and confident in picking up the phone to contact clients and develop business opportunities.

Totally fluent Spanish and English are a must for this role.


• Development and conversion of assigned retail clients leads to live trading accounts
• Post-conversion account management and answering prospects questions
• Develop and manage partnerships with Introducing Brokers and Affiliates
• Responsible for calling and emailing each assigned prospect
• Responsible for documenting all prospect communications on CRM
• Generate own business opportunities via media channels and networking
• Work with other departments to improve the products and services offered by the company to better fit client requirements
• Other language related tasks and support to the company’s business development;
• Attend sales meetings to provide weekly status and progress updates

Essential Knowledge/Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in retail FX sales with strong focus on client conversion (individual with experience on UK market along with a focus on Spanish speaking countries will be preferred)

• Totally fluent English and Spanish (3rd language is a plus)

• Experience in using MT4 and related systems

• Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets.

Other Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to grasp complex concept quickly, identify key messaging for different audiences
• Strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Team work and strong interpersonal skills
• IT ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM)

Desirable Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience on Scandinavian markets
• Technical/Fundamental analysis of financial markets;
• Experience using BrokerIQ
