Digital Communication Executive

A rapidly growing ecommerce business with a client roster of innovative and exciting lifestyle brands have an opening for a Digital Communications Executive to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of communication strategy in digital on behalf of a range of clients. The successful candidate is expected to use a breadth of techniques (including but not limited to the following: Email marketing Social Media operation, Affiliate Marketing, PPC and Influencer marketing,) to achieve client objectives.

As well as planning, implementing and analysing each campaign, the successful candidate is required to lead client servicing and build effective working relationships to the benefit of the UK business.

A key member of the company’s marketing team, the Digital Marketing manager will work closely with colleagues to deliver joined up and impactful campaigns across Earned, Owned and Paid media platforms.

Ideal candidate

Understanding of online, digital marketing and social space
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Social Media (paid & organic), Affiliate Marketing, and Email
Knowledge of analytics tools, using Google Analytics, Google Ads and social platforms
Confident in client facing scenarios, building professional relationships and being able to present
Experienced in CRM operations for B2C clients using the software Mail Chimp
Ability to work as part of a small team and contribute towards bigger company goals
Work closely with team members, share knowledge, up-skill colleagues and ‘own’ the digital media function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Skilled copy writing for different brands and to a range of different audiences
Feel for graphics/ illustration, creative approach and the passion for storytelling
A flexible approach to work, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and a willingness to go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver great work
Calm under pressure and sensitive to cultural differences in the work place
Ad Hoc marketing tasks from clients that may come out of hours depending on agreed scope of work
