RESPONSIBILITY:

You will be mainly in charge of Network / Infrastructure IT services
- Provide technical support for customers
- Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and rectification of customer faults
- Support, maintain and improve customer services
- Assist other on-site engineers and back office engineers in the team
- Work proactively to ensure prompt resolution of support cases and the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support/external maintenance companies
- Understand customer's IT policy and do not advise users against the policy
- Submit change control to efficiently share information
- Maintain customer systems in regular and/or on demand basis
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT Helpdesk support at customer's sites and/or remotely
- Maintain support related documents (e.g. Site manual, Asset List, User Manual, etc.)
- Manage third-party vendors in helpful manner
- Manage and control service and/or product delivery of third-party vendors

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

-1 year or more technical support experience in IT infrastructure industry
- Excellent communication skill with clients, end users and third parties
- Good documentation skill (Technical documents, customer reports)
- Good team player/Project members
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good knowledge of Windows OS 8 & 10
- Support experience of Users/Group management in AD, Print management or Shared folders etc
- Understand basic networking (LAN, WAN or Wi-Fi)
- Support Experience Windows Server OS: 2008/2012/2016
- Experience Server administration: DNS, DHCP, DFS, SCCM and Windows Backup
- Experience Vmware vSphere hands-on
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp 7.6 (or later)
- Knowledge of Managed Anti-Virus (Symantec Endpoint Protection)
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Experience support Polycom Video Conference system or Skype for Business
- Experience support mobile device (iPhone/iPad)
- LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN network support/troubleshooting
- Knowledge of IP phone system
- MCTS Windows 7(and/or 8) & MCTS Windows Server 2008 (and/or 2012), Cisco CCNA
