HR Administrator (Maternity Cover)

International organisation based in the City urgently seeks an HR Administrator to join their busy office.

Core duties

Assist the HR Manager in providing a high quality, cost effective HR service that meets customer needs and corporate objectives
To work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues from departments across the organisation
Responsible for the monthly payroll submission for approximately 120 employees, ensuring all data is accurate
Process monthly payroll reconciliation data for ground staff and cabin crew and pass documents to the HR manager for authorisation and onto Accounts for processing
Manage DC pension (incl Automatic Enrolment compliance)
Administrate pension payments each month
Provide expert and professional service on Human Resources issues and support managers where appropriate using a problem-solving approach
Advise managers on recruitment and selection issues, including development of job descriptions, create person specifications, allocate the appropriate job grade by understanding the banding concept, conduct the selection process and participating in interview panels when necessary
Invoice preparation and payment as per internal procedures
Undertake work as directed and guided by the HR Manager

Ideal candidate

Fluent in English
Some HR knowledge and experience would be highly beneficial
Computer literate - MS office (Outlook, OE, Word, and Excel)
Numeracy skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
