Prestigious international company seeks an experienced HR Executive with specific background focus on LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To plan and implement organizational effectiveness and development strategies to support the organisation’s business groups and corporate management in support of the business objectives in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia and CIS.

2. POSITION IN ORGANISATION
Reports to Department General Manager
No direct reports

3. SCOPE OF JOB

• oversight for performance management system(s);
• design of learning solutions, training curriculums and leadership development;
• plan and manage workforce development and execute talent management strategies;
• design, plan and manage organisational analytics;
• develop and maintain a framework of competencies and behaviours matrix covering a broad range of roles, liaising with line management to understand training requirements;
• design strategic development programmes and support managers to develop their teams;
• develop and maintain an organisation-wide training needs matrix to include a structured learning and development framework to improve the development of people through talent management tools which impact the effectiveness of performance management;
• develop, implement and evaluate employee development plans and programmes to support organisational needs as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines such as management, development, talent management, succession planning, technical or non-technical training and e-learning;
• develop and co-ordinate a system to monitor and measure learning and development activity and outcomes to demonstrate value-add and ROI;
• to work with each business line to grow and develop their people to impact the development

4. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Degree level or equivalent qualification in a professionally recognised training accreditation;
• CIPD Qualified and full member of the Institute;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to translate business objectives into talent initiatives;
• Able to demonstrate practical application of organisational development tools and concepts;
• Confident to influence others in order to achieve a desired outcome
• Good negotiation skills
• Confident, highly organised and able to demonstrate using their initiative;
• Effective presenter and facilitator of training
• Able to design and deliver training;
• Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
• Comfortable in dealing with all levels including senior management
• Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and plan/manage project timelines and/or deadlines;
• Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence
• Flexible, adaptable, creative
• Team-player
• Able to travel
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office packages;

EXPERIENCE

• Broad experience in leadership development, talent management, learning and organisational change management.
• Knowledge and experience in organisational design and development.
• Working knowledge of talent management programmes and training and development experience covering the entire training life cycle.

Preferred:
• Experience within a multicultural, multi-country business environment would be an advantage
• Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Skillsoft preferred
