PART TIME Team Administrator

A leading, blue-chip international business is seeking an experienced team administrator to join one of their busy divisions.
The role will work 4 fixed days per week 10am-3pm, with the days being Mon, Wed & Fri + either Tues or Thurs as the job-holders choice.

TYPE: Permanent, PART-TIME (4 days per week, 10am-3pm)
LOCATION: City of London, St Paul’s area
START: as soon as possible
SALARY: £20-28K

• Diary and schedule management, arranging external meetings and assisting to arrange business trips
• Arranging the settlement of expenses such as travel, entertainment, seminars
• Assisting with the organisation of client contacts, and development of a system of maintaining these
• Making arrangements for receiving guests
• Online management of documents, including creating, developing and updating a ‘business intelligence library’
• Assisting in the dissemination of output across the EMEA region
• Attending meetings (internal and external), producing records and notes as required
• Making arrangement for internal seminars, including communication with any external speakers

• Specifically looking for part-time work, able to work 4 days per week 10am-3pm
• Stable professional work experience in administration and team support
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to take personal initiative in managing work and priorities
• Intermediate to advanced PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal network experience to be confident in online document management
• A willingness to be flexible in supporting a small team
• Able to quickly learn new skills, to adapt and develop existing admin skills
• Strong communication ability, with the confidence to communicate with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
• Experience of working within a multicultural business environment
• An interest in the field of International Relations would be an real advantage
• Additional language abilities would be a bonus (but not required)
