Prestigious international company has a newly created role within their Treasury Department to provide administration support to the Front Office Manager and team. Ideally you will have some experience within a treasury team but it is not essential.


Main duties

• Provide administration support
• Communicate with other internal departments, group companies and customers by email, telephone and in person
• Ensure all relevant documents and emails are correctly filed and/or stored in PC folders
• Prepare internal basic applications and/or reports
• Prepare basic agreements for treasury transactions and arrange for signing
• Prepare basic figures and documents in relation to Audit, J-SOX and Budget etc
• Handle basic system and regulatory issues
• Issue invoices and arrange payment in the system, and record into a spreadsheet
• Arrange meetings, lunch/dinner with customers and record them into a spreadsheet

Qualifications/skills/personal qualities

• Good standard of education
• Logical approach to records and data management
• Good communication skills
• Able to manage a large amount of documentation
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Experience with SAP and IT2
Experience gained in a Treasury, Accounting or Legal department

Essential

• Several years of administration experience
