A fast-paced and growing international finance company with overseas branches in Europe, Canada, USA and Mexico is seeking a career-focused and talented individual to join their London Head Office HR department in a newly created HR Assistant role.

You will join a team of 3 HR professionals to support their activities handling some 200 employees in the organisation, c100 of whom are based in London.

This could possibly suit someone looking to start a career in HR, or who has just limited experience (up to 1 year), as they would like to train someone in-house through structured processes to become a full HR professional. It is not necessary to have an HR degree or qualification, other disciplines will also be of value, such as law or business studies.



Ideal candidate:

• Graduate level education (possibly Law, Business or HR focus)
• English at native level
• Other European languages would be useful – particularly Dutch (not essential)
• Strong administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Up to c1 year’s commercial office experience
